Tresco Road
We have received some beautiful photos of our Nunhead project showing the large contemporary open plan kitchen and dining area, and separate larder area and utility room.

The joinery by was a key feature of the project, used to tie all the spaces together.

The kitchen was designed around a central island- the hub of the house!

An L-shape window seat was proposed for the dining area, with large sliding doors opening onto an external planted flower bed, used to frame the views of the garden.

Tresco Road Joinery

The joinery designed for our Tresco Road project was a key driver when looking at the reconfiguration and layouts for the ground floor and extension. As well as an open plan kitchen and dining room, the clients wanted a separate utility space and large larder area. When planning the different spaces we wanted to create a seamless link between the new extension and the existing house, using a run of kitchen units and joinery, finished in a stained oak.

Our designs were beautifully bought to life by . We can’t wait to take some more photos of the wider kitchen and extension, also showing the large window seat and open a shelving in the dining space.

Whilst planning what we want to do to at we have been looking at some before and after photos of our Danby Street project.

We created a contemporary open plan kitchen, dining and living area by knocking down the existing small kitchen and adding a side and rear extension.

We installed large Iroko bifold doors to create a strong link to the rear courtyard, and opens up to create a large indoor/outdoor space in the summer.

A little look at our completed Tresco Road reconfiguration and extension project in South London.

The client’s brief was to reconfigure the home, creating a large contemporary open plan kitchen and dining area, with a separate larder area and utility room, making it work better for them and their growing family.

The kitchen was designed around a central island. The joinery designed throughout connects the existing house to the new extension, creating a seamless link.

Saying goodbye to our very first project and to London. We’ve lived in London for 12 years, and in our lovely flat for 7, but with a growing family we have made the decision to move up north to the countryside.

We will really miss our flat, and the friends we have made, however an exciting new project is on the horizon…..

We have been looking at some before and after photos of our Grove Park project, and what a transformation!

A contemporary open plan kitchen, dining and living area was created by knocking down the wall between the existing small kitchen and living room.

New patio doors and a full height window seat were introduced to create stronger visual and physical links to the rear private garden.

The hallway was opened up to create a lighter, a more inviting and spacious entrance area.

Our Grove Park project has been completed.

The client’s brief was to reconfigure the outdated lower ground flat, creating a contemporary open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The existing spaces have been rationalised creating more convenient spaces throughout. We wanted to create a direct visual connection from the front entrance hallway, straight through to the rear garden, so a new pocket door was proposed between the hallway and new open plan living space, and new patio doors lead onto the private garden.

TRESCO ROAD

Tresco Road is a large rear extension and reconfiguration project in Nunhead.

The clients brief was to reconfigure the home creating a large contemporary open plan kitchen and dining space, with a separate larder and utility area.

We wanted to create a direct visual link from the front entrance straight through to the rear garden, creating a stronger relationship between the main house and garden, and creating a focal point for the home.

The kitchen and dining space is designed around a central island, which will be used for socialising and cooking. Large glazed openings, by , sunken planters, and a level threshold help to bring the garden into the main living spaces.

The project is currently under construction.
