The latest project we have taken on was this new build extension in corsham, a hand cut roof with new breather membrane and battens,lead valleys, Marley Double Roman tile in antique brown with hips and ridge to match, brown UPVC verge caps and dry ridge and hips to help with roof ventilation, profiled tile vents and bird stop eaves trays. All in all a very happy client ⚒️

This complete re-roof was completed recently with main L shape building coming off! The client wanted to get rid of the tired looking clay double Romans and instead went for a smooth grey Ludlow major tile all round, dry ridge system, universal dry verge cloaks and new lead to chimney, valley and all other abutments! 1 very happy customer!

A stack releaded in bath for a client who had this pop up on a survey just before selling the property! We also renewed the perimeter of felt around the stack to keep it extra water tight!

This tired old centre gutter needed updating, there was constant ingress of water due to the wrong thickness of lead being used, inadequate steps for the lead, the bottom metres of felt was also perished and various broken tiles over the roof, so we stripped it back and started again with a rubber bond system to give the customer the same effect but a cheaper alternative!

Here's a before and after of a job we completed in corsham, the pitch was too low for a clay double Roman so we used a redland regent tile in Breckland brown, new velux window, new lead and upvc verge cloaks

Before, during and after of a bay roof completed in corsham. As you can tell the boards and felt needed some attention so we stripped back and renewed all, then laid an epdm roof with trims 🔨
