This bungalow renovation has been such an incredible project to be part of. What started as a tired, single-storey property has been completely transformed into a stunning 1.5 storey home, filled with light, space and modern finishes throughout.
We reimagined the entire layout, maximised the footprint, and brought a fresh new vision to life — inside and out. The beautifully landscaped garden now complements the house perfectly, creating a space that feels just as special outdoors as it does inside.
Seeing the before and after side by side really shows the journey this home has been on. It’s what we love most at J Howden Builders — taking potential and turning it into something truly special.

A lovely garden room conversion with under floor heating!

Originally this had a single door and a old leaky glass roof, I then replaced it with a slate roof with roof lights and these beautiful set of Bifold doors - they let in so much light.
