Hope everyone has a great end to the year.

Due to the bad weather as a business we have had upwards of 50 calls a day to deal with all manner of faults included flooded homes and burst boilers.

During this time I have had to ask my partner to filter through all the jobs and pass on only the urgent ones at the moment so dealing with uncontrolled water leaks and no heating or hot water cases. I promise I'll get back to everyone shortly but I have been working long days so have not had the time.

Another install completed with quick turn around. The customer was planning on changing the boiler when fitting the new kitchen but it broke down so wanted it changed urgently.
