The buff ridge had become cracked, damaged and insecure in places. So it’s been removed & replaced with a lovely grey colour ridge.

We think it really updates the property too.

The labour of love finished & passed its completion certificate.
The finishing touches outside were the stunning decking, rebuilding of the Bothy (to become a Sauna) and the never ending stone retaining walls and finished off beautifull with slate tops and wall lighting.

Opening up 2 rooms to allow for sliding patio doors out to the front.
Part of the oak flooring was lifted & replaced with slates to match the Hall floor.
Entrance porch timber facing, windows & door removed and all replaced with grey pvc and fresh lights.

Remember that rotten roof that Richard could crumble with his hands last year?
Well they fixed it, and over this summer Richard has returned to assist the client with a small extension & has upgraded some windows for them, to make their room more useable.
I’m sure you’d agree it looks much better.

Back in August Richard returned to do some more work for some of our fabulous clients in Pitmedden.

He completed this full bathroom remodel whilst our clients enjoyed a week abroad in the sun. Win win for everyone.

New flooring, bathroom suite & furniture, ceiling & wall panelling provided by the fabulous team at Ceiling2Floor Aberdeen & energy saving LED downlighters. 🫶🏼
