We started by extracting and disposing of the old insulation in a clean professional manor, then upgraded the loft with 300mm of Knauf insulation to bring it up to current standards✅

The customer also requested a small boarded storage area, perfect for suitcases and Christmas decorations🧳

Another one over the line in the boiling heat yesterday for Mel in Ingleby Barwick☀️

We completed a 150mm top-up of loft insulation and also insulated the loft hatch while we were there making the home more energy efficient and ready for the colder months in the winter🏡

We insulated this 40m² loft with 300mm of insulation as it was completely empty.. not ideal for keeping those energy bills down!

A job completed for Joanne this morning in TS3🏡

Joanne got in touch with the team as her home was feeling cold, and she was considering upgrading both her loft and cavity wall insulation.

After a full inspection, we found that the cavity wall insulation was already filled and extracting/replacing it wouldn’t provide any real benefit.

However, the loft insulation was well below current building regulations. We explained that a simple and cost-effective loft upgrade would make a big difference to heat retention and overall comfort.

We carried out a top-up using Knauf insulation, bringing it up to the recommended 300mm which is a huge improvement for containing heat in her home.

Working on bank holidays is never an issue for The Loft Guys.. we’re here to fit around your schedule and deliver what you need💪🏼
