This week was a pleasure working for Team GB sprinter Richard Kilty 🇬🇧

Richard is a 3x Olympian, 60m World Champion 🏅 , 2x 60m European Champion 🏅 and now also an Olympic Bronze Medalist 🥉 which he and his team won at Paris in the 4x100m Relay.

5 day transformation.
