FInally managed to get over to the spray shop today to pick up the triumphs fuel tank.

It's been stripped back to bare metal & fully resprayed in the original colours & it looks absolutely mint 👍

Another one ticked of the list and move in ready for its new tenants.

Works carried out:

* full property clearance
* repairs & full decor throughout
* new kitchen supplied & fitted
* 2 x replacement bay windows, bedroom window & new front & back doors with side lights
* new carpets & viynal's supplied & fitted throughout
*full property clean on completion of all works

(We will back at this property in the new year to replace all the faciers, soffits & guttering)

After completing 4 full property refurbs in the last 7 weeks Its definitely time to just chill & spend some quality time with family & friends over Christmas.
