The water inside your boiler. When fitting a new boiler, it is essential that the heating system be flushed out using the correct tools and procedures. This is what it looks like, even after 1 year. The black spikes being rust, left behind inside the radiators, on filling up the system aonce the new boilers fitted, this magnate rust flows into the new boiler, and from day one starts killing off the boilers life span. Make sure when having a new boiler fitted that this is not left behind. A flush has to happen. Its registered standard.

Combi boiler heat exchanger seals. This is what happens when unregistered people work on gas boilers.one of the worst leaks ive seen due to the rubber seal failure. Not all " engineers" are equal..
