🏗️ Moston New Build – Day 2 Complete!

Another step forward on our latest new build in Moston! Today we’ve installed the piles ready for the concrete works and carried out a dynamic load test to ensure everything is performing as it should. 💪

The foundations are starting to take shape, and we’re looking forward to seeing this project progress over the coming weeks!

🏡 A FANTASTIC NEW PROJECT! 🏡

We’re excited to share one of our latest projects — the construction of a new 4-bedroom home on the end of this existing terrace, complete with a dormer roof.

But that’s not all… 👀

As part of the project, we’ll also be altering the adjoining property’s existing hipped roof to incorporate a new dormer roof, creating a fantastic transformation across both properties.

It’s a big project with lots of exciting stages ahead, and we can’t wait to see this one take shape! 🔨🏠

Day 1 in Chorlton 🔨

The transformation is officially underway!

Today was all about the prep work as we began relocating this kitchen from its existing position into the larger dining room area, creating a much more open and functional living space.

By the end of Day 1, the old kitchen had been completely stripped out and everything was ready for the electrician to begin the next stage.
