We haven’t been very active on social media over the past few months… 👀

But that definitely doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy! 🔧🔥

In fact, we’ve been so busy helping customers, carrying out installs, servicing boilers, and attending breakdowns that we simply haven’t had the time to post regularly.

We’re still here working hard behind the scenes and we’ll be making more of an effort to keep our page updated with recent jobs, advice, and behind-the-scenes content.

🔧 Leaks in airing cupboards causing the pump and control valves to fail.

🔧 Worn out electrodes from a 6 year old Baxi found and replaced during a routine service.

🔧 Leak found during a service visit on a 3 year old installation in a new build property.

🔧 First year service on a Baxi we installed in March ‘25, boiler was like new, system crystal clean with no debris on the filter.

Unfortunately, our customer found out the expensive way… 💸

After moving into a new-build property several years ago, it’s easy to assume:
“Everything is brand new, so it won’t need maintaining.”

But gas appliances still require annual servicing — not just for safety, but to keep them running efficiently and reliably.

Today we replaced a boiler that had gone years without being serviced. Over time, the lack of maintenance caused restrictions within the boiler’s flue airways, resulting in:

Another week, another boiler install completed by the team 🔧🔥

This time we replaced an old Vaillant combi boiler that had several installation issues and was also undersized for the property’s hot water demand. As a result, the system struggled to keep up with the required flow rate.

We installed a new Ideal Logic C30 Max, carried out remedial work on the system, and upgraded the installation to bring everything up to current standards.

The customer now has reliable heating and hot water again — along with the peace of mind of a 10-year warranty.
