We're on the lookout for an Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Go Large Design & Build, a flourishing local independent building firm.
What's the Role?
• This position is perfect for a motivated self-starter who thrives on lone working. As the backbone of our 'back of house,' you'll need bags of initiative, ready to tackle unexpected changes with grace, juggle multiple tasks, and self-motivate during quieter times. This is a part time role, the hours are 10-2, Monday to Friday and an hourly pay rate of £13ph.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master of accounts: Uploading bills to Xero, managing supplier accounts, and monitoring customer invoicing.
• Communication champion: Liaising with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Organisational wizardry: Scheduling, diary management, and light project management, ensuring everything from materials to MOTs is on point.
• Support extraordinaire: Providing PA support to our Directors, keeping our social media buzzing, and ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Experience with Xero? Great! Not a dealbreaker though.
• Knowledge of the construction/property sector is a plus.
• Must have a full driving licence and be comfortable working solo.
• A resilient individual who can manage a varied workload and communicate effectively.
