Basic Boiler conversion🔧 .uk ecofit pure 830 combi Boiler - in for older Baxi with gravity fed system and cylinder.
Standard procedure on this one all tanks in the loft was removed, all the hot water cylinder and pipework removed from cupboard space also creating room.
Pipework for hot and colds connected under the sink with scale reducer & shock arrestor.
Power shower removed and bath filler with shower mixer fitted now with a much higher pressure for the shower.
New 22mm gas run from outside wall into kitchen.
Then new Vaillant Boiler fitted with advance magnetic Filter tight to the wall in the corner of the kitchen space.
Now everything is all in one are much more simplified with better pressure and a cleaner and more efficient water and heating system all in one adequate for this 2 bed house.
Customers were a joy to work for and also in the same estate. Plus they chose to get it done in the summer all set and ready for the colder seasons😁👌🏼⚒️🔧🤗

Ideal logic combi, main heat exchanger replacement! 🔧⚒️🔥Pinholed & leaking. This is unsafe.
The boiler was only a few years old and no warranty so was this or new boiler.
Kit was supplied for this 90 year old vetran and took me the best part of 2 hours, but was nice steady job. Now the boiler is running smooth and no longer at risk to the tennents.👍🏼🤗🔧👍🏼🔥

Combi Swap.. New Energy 30c in for old Vaillant ecotec. After a few repairs over the the last couple of years on the vaillant the pcb then decided to pack up and my pal decide to get a new boiler with 10year warranty. Made sense as i had pretty much redone the whole heating sytem pipework and rads previosly.
We got rid of some frankenstine pipework in the old cylinder cupboard and in the ceiling that was just a headache to look at and unnecessary, so now everything is running a lot smoother and efficiently.🤗🤗🔧⚒️

Full heating install and conversion for the new neighbours. Installed .uk ecofit 835 Combi Boiler, with 10 year warranty, advance filter. X5 new rads/ aluminium column anthersite and large chrome towel rail in bathroom.
All new pipework to rads, a couple of new taps and removal of all old radiators, pipework tanks ect.
Great customers and was very helpful and friendly the whole way through, made this install that bit better!! Now they have a much more efficient, economical and better heating/ hot water system in there new home!🤗🤗

Boiler installation, New Energy 30c from Combi for gravity fed system in this bungalow just round the corner from my house! Cant beat that!
The old boiler was playing up, turned up for the breakdown and managed to get it going again.🙌🏼
Customer had just moved in and wanted a new boiler before the winter regardless and we got them booked in for the following weekend.
Now they have a more economical boiler with better pressure and more space, so they was overall pleased with the new installation! 🤗

Boiler conversion, New energy 30c with 10years warrenty in to replace the old Baxi solo with a gravity fed system.
Got to do this one with the old man as it was for his mother in law which was nice but stressful lol especially in the loft in this heat!
Everything literally crumbling away as nothing had been touched in years, but we got it done never the less and Flo was over the moon with her brand new energy efficiency boiler, and now has enough pressure to have a nice shower and also save on the gas bills. Plus she now has 2 empty cupboards for storage.

Few repairs just to get the hot water and heating on over Christmas break.

Plate heat exchanger and flow turbine on an ideal logic+35 combi, plus a full service.
Worster bosch 24i system Fan assembly replacement and new diverter valve.
New fan assembly and flow sensor on a glowworm energy.
Also finished off a boiler in a hmo straight onto pipework from first fix making it straight forward and tidy.

Ecotec Plus 940 store Combination Boiler.
First time fitting one of these. Pretty impressive producing 20+liters per minute to this this house with 3 bathrooms. Some of the functions and settings on the boiler are really good aswell client was chuffed.. 🤗🙌🏼👏🏼🛠️🛠️

Boiler conversion, gravity to combi... 🙆🏻‍♂️... This system was probably one of the worst set ups i have ever seen!! Not to mention the tiles😂..
The previous boiler was completely rotten and pressurised on 10mm manifold straight to the cylinder.
Cold mains going straight to the massive storage tank in loft space dropping down to feed the kitchen sink, were u normally drink from! 😷.
Basically who ever was in there previously was probably drinking stagment water😷
Seriously dont know how this was like this for so many years but now everything has been rectified to current standards with clean water and boiler changed for a energy 25c to current standards with 10 years warranty they can relax!
