🔥 Another oil boiler upgrade underway!

This dated oil boiler has been tucked away inside the property for years, and we’re now giving the heating system a much-needed upgrade.

We’re relocating the boiler outside, creating more usable space inside while giving the installation a cleaner, more practical finish.

We’ll be installing a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar Danesmoor External oil boiler, with the system fully recommissioned and tested once complete.

Another job where it’s not just about replacing the boiler — it’s about improving the whole installation and leaving it right. 👌

We attended a leaking, foul-smelling toilet and, after removing the pan, found that rats had been coming up through the waste pipe and chewing the pan connector, causing the leak.

Three of the vans parked up at the same job this week. 🚐🚐🚐

Some projects need more than one pair of hands, and this was definitely one of them. Having three engineers on site meant we could keep everything moving, work together to solve any issues, and keep the project on schedule.

Another bathroom taking shape. 👌

This week our carpenter has been busy fitting panelling throughout the room, giving the space the perfect foundation for a stunning finish.

The shower seat has also now been installed and is ready to be tiled. Every stage of a bathroom renovation is just as important as the final result, and taking the time to get the details right is what makes all the difference.

🚿 Another Unvented Cylinder Replacement Completed 🔧

This recent installation was unfortunately required after the existing unvented hot water cylinder developed a split in the cylinder itself.

The main cause? A lack of regular servicing.

Like a boiler, an unvented cylinder should be serviced annually to ensure all safety devices are working correctly, pressure is maintained, and components aren’t subjected to unnecessary stress. Neglecting this maintenance can significantly reduce the lifespan of the cylinder and lead to costly failures like this one.

Our team safely removed the damaged cylinder and installed a brand-new unvented cylinder, restoring reliable hot water to the property.

🛀 Not every bathroom transformation starts with new tiles—it starts with getting the foundations right.

Josh has completely reboarded this bathroom after discovering the old tiles had been pulling the existing walls out of line. Rather than tile over an uneven surface, we stripped everything back and installed fresh plasterboard throughout.

Taking the time to do this means perfectly straight walls, a stronger finish, and the best possible base for the new tiles.
