We recently finished a project for our client, Axsium F1 Arcade, at the end of last year. They had recently relocated to a new 8,000 square-foot warehouse in central Bedford. The turnaround was rapid to help them launch their production line. We set up a fully equipped simulation room, as well as a staff kitchen, meeting room, and assembly area. Additionally, we installed high-level heating throughout the entire warehouse.

A walkway spanning a total of 38 meters connects to various sites. The entire walkway had to be undercover. This required significant engineering effort, as it must accommodate both pedestrian and forklift traffic.

The basement project was finished last month. There was a damp problem that necessitated stripping the entire basement down to the concrete. A damp proofing system was installed, along with underfloor heating, a bar area, and a home gym. A massive thank you to Anke Damp for the professional service that they provided. And also to muscle squad in Milton Keynes who provided all the gym equipment.
