Milton Keynes and surrounding areas are currently experiencing a large number of thefts of high-value pedal cycles from residential properties 🚲 🏡

Garages are regularly being targeted. Ensure all access points are secure and valuables are locked. If you have CCTV covering your garage please make sure that is it recording.

Please avoid where possible highlighting the ownership of your bike on Social Media 📸

Milton Keynes Priority Crime Team have a number of Detectives dedicated to these offences and are continuing with their enquiries. If you have any information or are a victim of crime please contact 101 to let us know ☎️

🚔Operation Darknight🚔

As the darker nights draw in, TVP Milton Keynes are launching Operation Darknight. This operation will focus on combatting burglaries throughout Milton Keynes during the darker winter months, and targeting those offenders who often prey on the most vulnerable members of our community.

This initiative is being led by Detectives🕵🏾‍♀️🕵🏼‍♂️from our Priority Crime Team, with support from other agencies including Milton Keynes Council's Community Safety Partnership

🚨 Keep valuables locked up and out of sight 🔒
