Called out for a door not opening. Opened the door to find the gearbox had failed and needs replacing. Unfortunately even with a large amount of stock we did not have the correct gearbox on board so instead an overnight lock was installed as a temporary measure allowing the exact same operation as the existing mechanism. We always carry plenty of stock to at least be able secure any door and make a door operational
