Hall stairs and landing fully decorated, white ceiling, cream walls and satin finish on the woodwork. Bannister and spindles colour change from white to cinnamon. New landing lights fitted. Ethernet cable to the first floor hidden. On to the lounge next.

Small en suite completed. A couple of surprises on removing the wall tiles and shower tray. Rotten flooring and 2 walls....

Small en suite completed. A couple of surprises on removing the wall tiles and shower tray. Rotten flooring and 2 walls. New floor boards and moisture resistant wall boards. Ceiling lowered and downlights fitted. Shower wall panels fitted all round. Tray, dual head shower and sliding shower screen fitted. Blue units and basin and toilet, lvt3 flooring laid and small heated towel rail fitted. Illuminated wall cabinet.
