The NEVER-ENDING job of Asply Guise..

Not complaining, we do love to get stuck in and build a customers dream in their new home! 🤩 🤩

From what started off as a quick wall paneling feature turned into a full makeover to an existing bathroom and installation of an entirely new en-suite bathroom with stunning radiators added to complement each room in this beautiful home..

Having a generous sized dressing room in this property provided space to create this stunning en-suite that looks like it was always supposed to be there!

Lifting the driveway and full excavation of grounds and connection to a private clay pipe drain 1.8m deep certainly wasn’t something we expected when we started this project with our carpentry tools, but check out the results & let us know your thoughts..

Check out this ground floor WC we have installed to an understairs cupboard in this 3 bedroom property in Bradwell Village.. 🤩

Door frame removed with new door & frame installed to create more head height under-stairs.. 🚪

Concrete floor cut & broken out to enable us to dig & connect the waste pipe to an existing stack pipe.

Hot & cold services brought in from & connected within airing cupboard.. 💦

Electrics brought in to supply extraction fan & wall lit mirror.

Ventilation drilled out for extraction fan.. 👃🏻

Ceiling finished in textured finish.

Walls made good with plasterboard, taped - filled & painted white as a base for customer..

Toilet & basin over vanity cabinet installed.. 🚽

All waste removed from site & disposed of using smith skips.

MAKING AN ENTRANCE..

This week we we return to one of our loyal, returning customers helping to renovate her new home & new beginning in Bradwell Vilage.

We started by insulating the loft area (whilst Rob installs a new boiler) because this house is absolutely freezing!

Then onto installing a side entrance door onto the garage, which is now accessible from the garden, making it a lot easier to unpack those boxes when the time comes.

We are also installing a ground floor WC which involves a lot of breaking up of concrete to install the new waste pipe.

And finally, we will be installing the new kitchen supplied by Howdens Joinery!
