This boiler hadn’t been serviced for a few years, a small leak turned into a big leak which in turn turned into a gas leak!
The leak over time had corroded the internal gas pipework in the boiler.

After cleaning out the condense trap and unblocking the internal condense pipe work the boiler is now running nice and quiet.

One of many call outs today, this particular Vaillant boiler had pump failure. After a quick diagnosis and a trip to the local merchant a new pump was fitted along with a new sensor as the old pressure sensor was giving false readings.
