Multi Skilled Operative
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
CONTRACT TYPE: PAYE or Sub-Contractor Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced multi skilled operative to join a business providing commercial and domestic building services in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. In return, we offer a competitive salary.
We were established in 1999 and have built a reputation as a professional refurbishment company for the commercial and domestic industry. The business has enjoyed continuous and steady growth and has built and sustained a stable client base both as a main contractor and sub-contractor over a wide range of services including social housing, insurance claims, schools, NHS, and more.
The successful candidate must be/have;
• Use of own tools that are fit for purpose
• Valid CSCS Card
• Applicants will be asked to undertake a DBS check if successful following the interview.
• Asbestos awareness (This can be provided)
• Fully Qualified (3 Years)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent fault-finding approach to breakdowns
• Good communication skills and flexibility towards working environment
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to work alongside customers and colleagues
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail
• Current certification and membership will be requested during the interview.
