A self-build home designed around how its owners want to live.
We’ve broken ground at Wood Bottom Lane in Brighouse, where we’ve completely reimagined the original proposals to create a striking three-storey family home.
The exterior will combine dark ashlar and natural walling stone with crisp render and large areas of glazing—bringing warmth and character to its contemporary design.
Inside, we’ve created a carefully considered sequence of impressive social spaces and practical rooms. A cinema and gym occupy the ground floor, with the main living accommodation arranged across the upper levels to make the most of the site and its views.
Behind the scenes, a generous plant room, utility and dedicated second-floor laundry will help make everyday family life feel effortless.
The home will be constructed using ICF—insulated formwork filled with reinforced concrete. This robust and highly insulated system will create an energy-efficient home that feels comfortable throughout the year.
