A recent entrance door replacement at a tenanted property.

The specification was no lock or handle, just a door closed. A little bit unusual, but as we manufacture everything here we can be flexible when it comes to giving you what you want.

Working with trends…

It’s so important for us to keep on top of current trends and we find it so interesting to see how the products on order evolve over time.

While some will follow trends, others will continue to opt for classic, so it’s key to be open and flexible when it comes to all enquiries.

Tapping into trends for 2023 we have found that going forward the homeowner will be looking for the scandi style of bold black and white fittings, to create a modern yet rustic look.

When it comes to doors 70 percent will be choosing black, and we’ve seen a huge shift recently from grey to black so we can see that’s already on the up.

The steel look Crittal doors are really taking over when it comes to the inside of the home too.

It’s all exciting stuff, and we can’t wait to see all the before and afters that are created from our products.

Letting in the light…

This install took a dark hallway and porch area and made it light, bright and gave the overall feeling of space!

We use a Yale high line auto engage in our handle free doors, and our fingerpull escutcheon have a cylinder cover as standard making them a great, high security option.

Baypoles and Jacks…

Fed up of the freezing cold arctic conditions and counting down the days to spring like us?

Well with arctic in mind….Did you know our structural baypoles and jacking kits can actually hold up the equivalent of 5 polar bears and have been tested to hold up to 9 tonnes.

It’s not just about the bay looking good, you want to make sure it stands the test of time too.

This was a rental property where budget was key, if you have a bit more money in the pot then it’s always nice to explore equal sight lines, especially on bays.

Bringing together contemporary and traditional….

We’ve recently been part of a renovation project in New Malden, whereby they wanted to bring the classic feel of the neighbourhood in with a contemporary and modern look.

This customer went for Heritage White Flush Casements with the Graf Welds and we think they’ve achieved exactly what they wanted to 👏🏻

Budget Option….

We recently helped with a project whereby the landlord needed to replace the front door, with low cost being the most important factor.

Often with an arched head and combination frames it can really add up and make a project go from budget friendly to costly fairly quickly.

We proposed opting for square frames and finishing the arch with some white window board. Mission accomplished 👊🏻
