We’re Hiring: Senior Security Systems Engineer

AGS Security Systems Ltd is seeking an experienced, hands on Senior Security Systems Engineer to join our team.

This is a role for a skilled professional with strong technical expertise across electronic security systems. You will lead installations, manage commissioning, support junior engineers, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

The role also includes carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance with precision and professionalism.

Requirements
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in security systems
-Strong background in access control systems
-Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering role
-Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
-Full UK driving license

🌟 Supporting Lindsay on the Dalai Lama Trek for Nightingale House Hospice🌟

Next month, our amazing Director Lindsay will be joining a group of 20 incredible trekkers to take on the Dalai Lama Trek, a once-in-a-lifetime challenge in support of Nightingale House Hospice💛

They’ll be setting off on 6th November, trekking over 52km through breathtaking scenery - all to raise vital funds for such a special cause.

This journey holds a very personal meaning for Lindsay, who is taking on the challenge in memory of her beloved husband Jonathan, who passed away recently. Each step of the trek will be a tribute - walking in memory of those we’ve lost.

The team will be proudly wearing personalised Memory Miles hoodies and t-shirts, thanks to the support of some fantastic local businesses including 2wish, MPH Construction, AGS Systems Security, Jane Smellie Opticians, and NPC Commercials

Some of the AGS team were out on Saturday night to support Bethan as she took on Strictly Come Dancing!🪩 It was a fantastic evening, and Bethan did incredibly well on stage. She took part in the competition to challenge herself after the loss of her dad, Jonathan - our former MD here at AGS. We couldn’t be prouder of her courage and determination.
