Another garage roof completed in Kirriemuir for a lovely customer.

We removed the old failing felt roof, which had reached the end of its life and was beginning to show signs of deterioration, and replaced it with a brand-new EPDM rubber roofing system. EPDM is a highly durable, weather-resistant roofing material designed to provide long-lasting protection with minimal maintenance.

As part of the project, we also installed new uPVC fascia boards and a new guttering system, giving the garage a clean, modern finish while improving rainwater drainage and protecting the roofline for years to come.

The result is a watertight, zero-maintenance roof that not only looks great but will stand up to the Scottish weather for decades.

We have just had the tiled roof of our 1930s bungalow completely replaced by Storm Dry Buildings. They also replaced old guttering and fascias. The work has been done to a high standard. The complete job took 2 weeks and each day, the workmen knew exactly what had to be done, so they could use their time effectively.

This is a family business, and the roofers were all polite, courteous, and kept us informed each step of the way. They were happy to help with a couple of issues which weren’t related to the roof, so we cannot recommend them highly enough. The work was all completed within budget, so we could heave a sigh of relief!

The interaction with us was exemplary, and James responded to all queries promptly. We would have no hesitation in using them for further work on our property when the need arises.
