So long Spring 2026 - it's been a busy one... THANK YOU EVERYBODY!

Friday saw me carry out a tidy up in Lancaster pruning back an over enthusiastic Buddleia, and a little tidying, pruning and replanting in a fab space in Cragbank.

I've an enjoyable weekend off planned, including an evening of watching some fellow live performing clowns with family... 🤡 🎶 🎪

For now... JOB DONE ✅️

Another day on my hands and knees removing weeds... 💪😊

Passed Forget Me Nots cleared in Bolton Le Sands,
Bind W**d, Oxalis, Wild Geranium, Dandelions and Plantain cleared from a wooden barked bed in Crag Bank,
Acalypha (most commonly know as Jacobs Coat), plantain and Welsh Poppies cleared from a wooden boundary in Bare.

NO Pesticides used 🚫

Job Done ✅️

A rough couple of days (weather wise), but happy homeowners make it all worthwhile!

Jobs carried out:

Removal of a large volume of leaves,Ivy, branches, creeping Ivy and Cleaver weeds,
Privet and Hawthorn Hedge and even a lawn cut in Lancaster,
W**ding in Halton,
Planting of a Photina Red Robin and removal of Crocosmia Lucifer from.a White Sedum in a wet Torrisholme,
Finishing with a mow and strim in sunny Morecambe!

Time to tackle my garden....

After yesterday's deluge, currently trying to dry my work boots and source a dry pair of outer workwear.

Thursday saw not 2, not 3, but4 pairs of work gloves absolutely saturated!

Positive vibes and Sun Dancing would be greatly appreciated here on in!! 🤣🤣🤣

A busy Friday in Lancaster saw a Privet hedge neatened up for a lovely family, and completion of a tidy up for a returning customer round the corner.

Privet, Carex Sedge, Box and Laurel all back looking lovely, weeds cleared, soil turned and aerated, and the garden is back to being a space to enjoy.

Quotes typed up, jobs booked in, invoices sent out - happy weekend!

It may have been a damp start to June, but jobs a plenty have been carried out by GP Garden Care! 😀

Hedge cuts, mowed lawns, flower beds and driveways weeded, for lovely homeowners in Torrisholme, Morecambe, Hest Bank, Bolton Le Sands, Cragbank, and Heysham!

It's been damp and windy, but I'm delighted so much work has been successfully completed.
