With great neighbours, a fantastic location, and a community that suited their family perfectly, they chose to invest in their existing home instead. Through a carefully designed extension and attic conversion, we created the additional space they needed, including new bedrooms, a dressing room, home gym, utility room, and one very important feature, a dedicated Lego and play room for the children.
Inspired by memories of growing up in a house where friends would always gather, the vision was to create a space where their own children could play, be creative, and make lasting memories together.

This unique duplex apartment transformation was all about improving the way our clients live in a home they have loved for nearly 20 years.
Affectionately known as their โ€œtree houseโ€ thanks to its elevated position amongst the trees overlooking the river, the property had one major challenge. The kitchen was separated from the main living space by a tight spiral staircase, making everyday living less practical than it should have been.
Working alongside Lee Boyd Architects, we transformed an underused balcony into a beautiful new kitchen extension, creating a much better flow throughout the home. The original kitchen was then converted into a spacious four-piece bathroom, while the spiral staircase was replaced with a bespoke timber staircase complete with cleverly concealed storage underneath.
The result is a home that feels more connected, functional, and enjoyable to live in. Tailored specifically to how our clients wanted to use their space.
