The transformations continued this week with this complete decoration of this bungalow. After the old wallpaper was stripped, some walls required lining before decoration. All bare plaster had appropriate mist coat, ceilings finished in brilliant white crown emulsion. Walls finished in vinyl Matt in various colours and woodwork in brilliant white satinwood. 💪

Edwalton Community Building complete for vistry.

Stage 2 of our Buntingsdale Primary school visit where we have taken full advantage of the kids being on half term.💪
Some unexpected rot on the windows repaired and lots of prep work went into this one but we got finished on time and have been asked to come back in the summer holidays for the rest of the building💪🤩
Quiet time in a crown clean extreme on all walls and white satin on all woodwork, the teachers were more than happy too see the back of the existing green that was on before we started.😂🙌

Little annexe recently completed. This had some poorly mistcoated areas and damp patches that we had to repair and fresh coats of dulux supermatt white and white satin wood finish on woodwork. Handrail had a fresh coat of walnut stain.

Another project awarded.

This time, we have decided to go bigger!
We have managed to secure 527 houses in Derby for a current developer.

We made use of the hot weather last week by ticking one off our ever-growing list of exterior jobs to be completed this year. This beauty took some doing. The outcome was totally worth the sheer amount of prep work we did. Sandtex Flexi gloss black and white used. 💪

A complete revamp of this flat last week with white emulsion on the lids, Farrow & Ball Ammonite on the walls. All stained woodwork had a good key, zinserr bin to kill and seal before finishing in brilliant white satinwood. The second of these done and more to follow. Another property transformed to a brilliant standard by the lads 💪
