A recently completed garage conversion to two bedroom holiday let. Local Authority Planning Drawings and Full Building Regulation Plans were completed for this change of use project.
The addition of dormer windows and alterations to the existing openings and a functional layout produce bright, spacious comfortable accommodation.

Planning Permission was recently approved for a new side extension on this traditional Welsh farmhouse.
Demolition work has started on the old side extension which was sadly in a very poor state and very damp.
Looking forward to seeing the progress. We'll keep you posted with updates.

I am a qualified Architectural Technologist based near Narberth, Pembrokeshire with over 15 years experience of working within this sector.
