New cupboard fronts and hinges, kickspace plinths, pelmets, new worktops, sink and tap. Existing tiles were painted rather than replaced in line with the budget, all ready for redecoration and flooring.

Although I forgot to take a “before” shot of this undulating garden, this newly extended lawn started life as a very busy flowerbed containing several established trees, a couple of rose bushes and many flowers and roots. Once the area had been cleared and prepped, new turf was added to complete the lawn extension.
