Before ordering any garden building, here are 5 things we genuinely think customers should check first 👇
1️⃣ Does the company actually build the products themselves?
Some may be mass produced and where you are from are just the middle person.
2️⃣ Is the quoted price the final price?
Make sure you understand exactly what’s included. Ask about delivery, installation, bases, upgrades and any additional charges so there are no surprises later.
3️⃣ Are lead times and communication clear from the start?
Making sure timescale is clear, is the date set? What would happen as worst case?
4️⃣ What materials, framing and fixings are being used?
How many options are available? If you don’t ask, you won’t know!
5️⃣ Do they offer proper support after delivery and installation?
Customer service and aftercare is always an afterthought when you’ve purchased. Make sure you check these areas.
A garden building is a big investment, so it’s always worth asking questions and comparing quality — no matter who you choose.
