✔️Educate yourself first. This shows you’re willing to learn and have an interest in the construction industry.

✔️Be proactive and get yourself in front of the right people! Stop sending DM’s and start showing up face to face.

✔️If you’re looking for an apprenticeship you need to stay open minded. Opportunities in the trade can be limited. If you get one, grab it with both hands.

❌Don’t get your mum and dad to email or call up companies for you..

✔️If you don’t get an opportunity, make yourself presentable. Turn up looking good & smelling good!

3 days ago this young lad knocked on my door with his CV looking for job. We’re not in the position to take anyone on right now, but I want to help the lad find the right company for him!

Isaac has just completed his level 1 & 2 in plumbing and is eager to get stuck in and learn the trade.

He has his practical driving test scheduled for September this year and already owns a car so should be independently driving by the end of September.

He’s friendly, focused and would be a great addition to anyone’s team!
