This job was undertaken for a family who had recently moved into the area.

I started by removing the original hand rail and erecting a partition wall around the opening of the spiral staircase.
This was followed by adding insulation and then boarding the new timber frame. It was finished by applying two coats of finishing plaster.

Another job completed for a local family. This converted building is going to be a new holiday let on the family's farmstead.

The customer had undertaken a lot of the work himself, including plasterboarding. I have to admit he did a fantastic job, which made ours a lot easier.

All that was left for us to do was to apply beads, fibre tape and then skim it all out. It really has turned out nice.

Some works undertaken for a lovely family in Newark. Working through various areas in their home around their fun and busy family.
