Here’s a bit of work I’ve done using branches of the corkscrew willow tree in a friends garden. It’s going to train the grape vines along. Oh and an extra photo of the revised base for the up coming Pizza oven.

After spending the last year working and studying with the very incredible Shift Bristol group I have achieved a permaculture design certificate and a certificate in practical sustainability. The course was absolutely amazing, learning about natural systems and ways to work with the earth in harmony whilst developing practical skills and increasing my tool use expertise is just a fraction of the skills I developed. Natural bee keeping, greenwood working which included roundhouse building and willow structure planting, organic gardening techniques all adopting the permaculture principles has enriched my life and increased on my survival skills.

Here's a couple of photos of a garden I've been looking after since last October, I didn't plant it, the lovely old lady who owns the house did but I've been managing it and learning lots from her and her plants, how to prune and train roses to name one.
