🏠 Another couple of jobs completed for the neighbours! 🏠

Today we completed two jobs close to home.

First up, a new EPDM rubber flat roof fitted over a large bay window, giving it a smart, clean finish and providing long-lasting, weather-resistant protection. 👍

We also fitted a new dry verge system to a neighbouring house, giving the roofline a fresh, neat finish while helping to protect the edges of the roof from the elements.

Two jobs, two great improvements — and always nice to be keeping busy on our own doorstep! 🔨

🌧️ Emergency Roofing Repair During the Storms

With the heavy rain and storms over the weekend, we were called out to an elderly lady’s home after water started pouring into her bedroom.

A broken roof tile had led to a hole in the felt, allowing water in and causing the supporting timber beam to rot. We quickly cut out the damaged timber, rebuilt the beam, re-felted the area and re-tiled the roof — all while the storm was still ongoing.
