We're happy to be supporting Once Upon a Magical Moment Fundraiser with their mission on supplying new books and activity packs for children across Northumberland's paediatric units 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

Their aim is to bring comfort, colour and distraction to children accessing hospital services, helping to make hospital visits a little less frightening.

These simple things can make a huge difference for children waiting in A&E or spending time on a children’s ward - helping to reduce anxiety, stress and boredom during what can be a very difficult time.

We've set up an option on our invoices for our customers to add a donation which will go towards new book bundles for the children 📚🌞

Prince Moyo cracking on and taking the lead on his first combi boiler installation🔥

There's alot to remember when first starting out but he's definitely not afraid of a new challenge and wants to learn. It's great to see his skills and knowledge increasing quickly on the tools 🛠📈

We had a great visit to Northumberland College in Ashington last month, speaking with the potential next generation of plumbing/heating engineers 👨‍🔧

We were asked to come along and have a chat with the students about the industry and the reality of working within it as an engineer and a business owner.

As apprenticeships and opportunities to get into the trades seem to be reducing i felt it was important to speak about mine and prince's routes into the industry and how the students can still establish themself as engineers/business owners in the future regardless of a lack of apprenticeships.

There are still paths within this industry—whether it’s domestic work, commercial projects, renewable technologies, or even running your own business.

We're also looking forward to returning and seeing the centre and training facilities once the new ashington campus is completed later this year.

Wishing all the students the very best in their training and future careers—you’re entering an industry still full of opportunity 📈

Last week we had the privilege to be able to donate easter eggs to Escape Family Support.

It's a bit different to the usual posts but I wanted to highlight our support of this important local organisation and to share the work that they do.

At Escape, their mission is to provide a range of support and services for families and carers of drug and alcohol users in Northumberland.

Im proud to be able to help them bring a little relief and assistance to families and children who need it out in the community. I like to know my company is being used to help others and its values align with those who really care and are making a big difference to those who need it.
