📝 Role Overview:
As an Estate Agent at Simple Approach, you’ll be a key part of our clients’ property journey—whether they’re buying or selling. Your day-to-day will include:
🔹 Conducting property viewings
🔹 Building rapport with buyers and sellers
🔹 Handling negotiations and managing sales through to completion
🔹 Staying informed on local property market trends
🔹 Managing For Sale signage and property boards
🔹 Offering a genuinely personal and supportive service
💼 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in estate agency or sales is ideal, but NOT essential
✅ Exceptional communication and people skills
✅ Well-organised with strong time management abilities
✅ A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
✅ Full UK driving licence required
