9.20pm... and still light.. 🏡

My absolute favourite time of the year (hoping the weather improves though)

Everything is really coming to life in the garden.. 🌳

But I still have LOADS left to bring on and plant out..🌻🌸🪻

The Asters and Zinnia have had their chop, encouraging extra growth and therefore flowers.. 🌸🌿

Nepeta have had a Chelsea chop.. leaving half of the stems as they are, so they will get ready for a second show.. 🪻 (I have also taken some cuttings from these and others for free flowers! Great time of year to do this! Pop me a message if you would like to know how!) 😉

The deadheading is in full swing already! ✂️

We have had a slight disaster in the winds.. the ladders decided to take a leap through the greenhouse.. easy fix but a bit of a pain! 🪜 ⚠️

At least the relentless garden watering has eased off for a while (silver lining to the awful recent weather!) 💧 😊

Friday 12th June is looking to be our next day of zero rain! 🌧 🌦

Back from our holiday and what amazing weather to return to! ☀️ The garden is absolutely bursting with colour now! 😍

Huge thanks to my lovely friend Becky for keeping all my grows alive in the heat! 💧 🌼 🌸

Emergency sails added to the greenhouse so they have some much needed shade 😎

🌸🪴 The Flower Shed - will be open again from this weekend! 30.05.26 with some lovely new grows!

10am -6pm ⏰️

My little greenhouse is absolutely BURSTING with flowers and colours!
🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤎🖤🩶🤍

All of which will be making an appearance when we reopen on 25th May!! ⏰️

So if you are wanting cut and come again flowers like
Cosmos🌸
Helichrysum 🌸
Zinnia 🌸

Or annuals to fill your hanging baskets.. 🪴

Perennials like
Gaura
Salvia..

Or veg!
Pumpkins 🎃
Courgettes
Tomatoes 🍅
Cucumbers.. 🥒
(Sold out - runner beans !!! but you can still sow them directly!! Which is what I will be doing)

I will be selecting some gorgeous plants to pop in the shed when it opens again!

And when at their best I will also have bouquets!! The Dahlias are growing well, as are all the other cut and come again flowers and I cant wait to see what I can create with them!

Over the last couple of days I have been able to pull up some garlic that I planted last year for the first time! They are now drying out and some home grown garlic will be available when they are ready! 🌿

Exciting times to come! Watch this space! 🪴🌸🪻
