Another of our projects just completed.
Some great ‘before and after’ pictures of this lovely old farmhouse near Crymych, Pembrokeshire which was certainly in need of a little TLC…. we’re sure you’ll agree….
The client brief included internally linking the rear coach-house section of the property to make this integral to the main house to afford them a lovely large living room to the ground floor as well as a stunning en-suite master bedroom above with fully cut roof complete with exposed oak A-frames & purlins to give the authentic feel to this lovely duel aspect bedroom which benefits from stunning views!!
We provided the usual full service on this one, which also included dealing with the tender process, JCT Contract preparation and administration & monthly valuations throughout the construction phase.
Thoroughly enjoyed working with highly skilled building contractor Phill Davies of Bronwydd, Carmarthen who has, along with his team, carried out a first class job here, both inside as well as out, to provide these clients with a stunning property that we are certain will give the owners many years of enjoyment.
