Removed existing leaking unvented cylinder . Replaced with new in same position + another pressure valve on incoming mains to equalise water pressure throughout the property

Job finished this week . Old Baxi removed replaced with Worcester bosch 18ri. Also removed 40+ year old cylinder that had a pinholed hotrod fitted causing header tank to constantly overflow. Replaced with new foam insulated stainless steel tank , converted to fully pumped with new divertor valve,clock, roomstat & cylinder stat. Finally carry out magna cleanse of heating to remove 40 years of sludge and muck. Another happy warm customer.

Removed old 24i junior for landlord ,replace with Worcester Bosch 1000 24kw combi with 5 year guarantee, brilliant little boiler considering it's a budget boiler.

New Ideal logic combi 2 with new filter & 10 years warranty installed for customer .

New installation of Worcester Bosch 40kw regular boiler & 300l unvented system . On a s-plan with Hive smart control for easier control via a mobile phone. Also removed all tanks and converted to sealed system . Replaced 8 radiators with new efficient convector radiators, customer still waiting on 6 more including 4 cast iron & 2 designer rads. Finally carried out a full flush of system & carried out Procheck water quality test. A happy warm customer.

Serviced oil boiler today. Found a plastic factory fitted condense pipe rotted through allowing condense water to seep to bottom of boiler. Replaced with new piece of overflow pipe to rectify the problem. Never come across this before.

New Worcester Bosch 4000 30kw boiler installed in loftspace for one of my neighbours, with the addition of a Worcester Easy smart control. A happy customer now able to maximise his showers capabilities and far more efficient heating.
