OK so for a long time now I've had a bit between my teeth about how some workers are exploited and under payed and about how some of our less informed members of the community can be fleeced by dodgy trades men... so I've decided to do something about it homeshubstokeontrent.co.uk is a central hub for landlords home owners and tenants to get work priced fairly and for our trades men to get there fair share of the money they make.... all of our trade and service providers are known to us on a first name basis and we have a realistic margin which we will never increase for taking care of all transactions and giving our customers and trades people the protection that they deserve...

As winter is coming in we know how important it is to have your house water tight, which is exactly why for the next 2 months I'm doing all roof repairs, guttering and rendering at 10% off.. its just a way of giving people a little bit back for being so kind in sharing, taging and liking my posts xXx

Freshening up a house for a landlord this week.. paint & gloss right through the house some paper to be changed as well as fitting a new back door and new blinds right through x
