Been slacking with posts lately, and I'll try to get some recent installs on this weekend.

Another busy month, and no signs of us slowing down again. Oh, and Holly Thrasher went and got her Level 3 diploma!!! 🎊🎊

Finally get to have an apprentice finishing what they started, and coming away with the qualifications to show it. Its been a long road, and with her external assessment/verification completed today, no more college any time soon!!

May even get to hand over the reigns a bit so I can catch up on some jobs at home i've been trying to do for the last 5 years. 🤣🤣🤣

Well done Holly, NPS are now 2 verified engineers strong!! 💪🏻

That said, I simply couldn't fit, but as we do, we deliver to meet customer needs, undo previous failings of previous installations (not by us of course) no matter the effort. I was given the role of encouragement this time!! 😉😬🤣🤣

Well i have to say that in 20+ years of trying, I have never had a learner impress me as much as this. I know she's my daughter, but business and work is what it is. Holly Thrasher passed her ACS today, and we can officially say she is a Gas Engineer. I couldn't be more prouder as a father, and I was never more confident as an employer. She has a month to wait for her final verification and end of point assessment, which she will smash too. Then its about adding to the hours, weeks, months and years of training to go out and deliver the level of service we provide. She knows the standard, she knows how others have failed, and I know I have full trust in her. We are back to 2 engineers, and I can finally share the workload!! Who's next? 👀

She has 2 satisfied customers in waiting tomorrow, and couldn't be prouder to send her out on her own!

I will be somewhat busy too, but always waiting for the call...."yeah, they said A GIRL!!"

First boiler install this week, i was on paperwork, and i may aswell not have been there!!

A stunner to start the week off!! Then followed a week of maintenance and a bathroom suite. Plenty of late finishes this week and another Saturday!! 😱

Still managing to get everyone done by xmas. We should be able to get a bit of a well earned break then! 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Variety of installs over the last week. Even managed to forget to take a snapshot of some that are missing! 🤦🏻‍♂️

7 out of 8 Saturdays complete and we are booked now 6 days a week for the run up to the holidays. January is getting full, so please bear with us. We will have a second engineer ready for next winter as my No2 will be taking her finals in March!!! 😆

We will also be on the hunt for our next apprentice, look out for our applications process in the new year. Basic skills are to pay attention to detail, and carry on the standards set when you eventually make it through.

Still lots of installs to go yet this year, as always, the quality products supplied by Stoke Flame (open 7 days, and displayed across multiple showrooms) all ready for our expert installation.
