Well, a good day overall !

Firstly I invited Housing Standards around for a look (they had given me some grant money after all) and they loved it and both picked their favourite rooms for the future!

Secondly, my contractor didn't bat an eyelid at my pernikity snag-list and in fact added a couple of things I had missed.

Thirdly we did our first viewing on the property, a girl who has been hanging on waiting for us to finish, she brought one of her current house-mates for support, they both loved it and we may get a two-for out of it!

Yay!

Oh, and here is the bedroom with conservatory from previously, along with its en-suite. The bottom panel of the door is to be replaced with glass (the company keep forgetting) and on Thursday they managed to crack a unit in the en-suite swapping the old kitchen clear units for pricacy glass!

Same rooms as below, a bit further along, that post was way too big so we stripped off the plasterboard and timber - but...

Same rooms as below, a bit further along, that post was way too big so we stripped off the plasterboard and timber - but it will have to be double fire-boarded for building regs. Middle 2 are the kitchen with the "hole" in the ceiling being the void for the roof window.
