WE ARE HIRING - PLEASE SHARE!

We are currently seeking to hire a Multi-skilled Tradesperson with particular skills of painting and decorating to join the Planned and Reactive Maintenance division of our company.

You’ll be comfortable working across different trades using all your skills under one roof in domestic and commercial properties across the northeast supporting our Planned and Reactive Maintenance division to complete jobs in a timely and professional manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with upwards of 2 years multi-skilled experience to join our growing Newcastle upon Tyne based company.

➡ Responsibilities:

Use Mobile Phone based IT system to review and update allocated jobs
Be professional, deliver and care about colleagues, customers and partners
Be loyal and punctual
Listen to and communicate with customers

➡ Skills & Experience:

Experience in domestic property maintenance is essential.
Experience in painting and decorating is essential.

➡ Essentials:

Full driving licence
Have own tools, although some larger power tools can be provided if necessary

➡ Employee Benefits:

£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year (salary is dependent upon experience)
20 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays
Pension Scheme
Uniform and PPE
Company vehicle (if required)

Please note this is a full time role and you will be added to an out of hours rota to cover reactive maintenance call outs.
