All about helping the local community, these volunteers do amazing things for the elderly – from providing hot meals and organising bingo sessions to simply offering a place where people can meet up and have a chat.
During the summer, they also put on fun days and activities for children and families. So for anyone who thinks it's acceptable to damage the place by setting fire to tables or vandalising it, please remember that you're only hurting the elderly and the wider community.
Facilities like this are there to help people, especially those who may not have many opportunities to get out and socialise. Let's show some respect and support for the people who work hard to make these activities possible.
