Years of neglect meant these gutters had become their own little ecosystem. Unfortunately this meant that water wasn't moving and instead was overflowing over the back causing water ingress inside. 2 bags full of moss, mud and grass (and a tree) later and everything was flowing nicely. Because of the layout of the roofline, regular clearing was not practical so we installed gutter brushes to make sure the run would never block.

The old wooden cladding had rotted and birds were nesting inside. The insulation in place was also totally inadequate so we ripped the lot off and replaced with PVC and fitted 100mm cavity insulation to reduce the cost of heating the room.

This 30 year old bathroom suite had more than served its purpose and was in need of replacing. Several leaks and lots of floorboards being chopped up over the years meant that the only course of action was to lift the lot and re-lay with new floorboards. All pipework and wastes were ripped out and replaced with new and underfloor heating installed. We also replaced the whole uPVC window frame when several previous companies said it couldn't be done because of the conservatory below.

Our latest kitchen as part of a full property renovation. Great choice by the customer and I'm very pleased with the results so far. Just some tiling and plastering work to complete. We removed a wall to open up the kitchen into the dining room and installed a large breakfast bar in its place.
