We have a lovely bit of news to share with you to brighten this rainy afternoon! Kyle, one of our newest learners, joined us for work experience training from August until October and did so well that he was offered a 4 day a week placement with local employer and company owner, Chris Pearce from The Floor Sanding Services Ltd. Kyle now attends training once a week improve his Maths and English and to complete his Construction Level 1 with us and Chris is really impressed with his hard work and dedication. It's wonderful to work with employers who are willing to give young people a chance and support their ongoing personal development. Well done to Kyle and thank you to Chris.
