Job Completed in Howdon ✅️

A recent project completed in Howdon for a customer looking to improve both the layout and overall feel of their home.

The original chimney breast was off-centre between the kitchen and living room, which made the space feel unbalanced. The customer also wanted to create a more cosy living area separate from the open kitchen and dining space.

To achieve this, a new partition wall was installed to clearly separate the rooms. I then constructed a bespoke media wall over the existing chimney breast, extending it so it now sits centrally within the living room.

The media wall features:

✔️ A freestanding electric log burner
✔️ Three built-in shelves
✔️ A double cupboard for additional storage

Job completed in Hexham ✅️

The customer got in touch after noticing water damage caused by ingress from an external wall. This had started to affect the internal finish, so it needed sorting properly to prevent further issues.

Once the customer had got the initial problem sorted from the external side the damaged area was fully stripped back and left to dry out thoroughly before any work was carried out. Once everything was ready, I returned to board and plaster the wall, leaving it smooth and ready for painting.
