🚐 Company Van & Fuel Card Provided
💷 £32,000 to £38,000 per year + Overtime Available

Due to continued growth, First Rate Maintenance is looking for an experienced Heating Engineer / Plumber to join our expanding team across the North East.

The successful candidate will carry out a variety of heating and plumbing works including:

✅ Boiler servicing, repairs and installations
✅ Heating system fault finding and diagnostics
✅ Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)
✅ General plumbing repairs and maintenance
✅ Planned and reactive maintenance works
✅ Working across domestic and commercial properties

Essential Requirements

✔ Current Gas Safe Registration
✔ ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT & CPA1)
✔ NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent experience)
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ Strong fault finding and problem solving skills
