🔥Our new customer challenged us to give them better control over their heating usage. Their large 50kw boiler powers a very large family home split into east and west wings.

🏡 The challenge to split the heating and give independent control over each side of the property. This upgrade now gives full control and the ability to only heat parts of the home when needed. With gas prices headed to the moon every bit of control and efficiency on usage is money saved. 💸

🚨 The importance of Gas Safety Checks.

We were not at this job for a smell of gas but with the right level of experience and equipment an unknown leak was found that could have had catastrophic issues if left to become worse.

Customer informed and issue repaired by the Gas Network Supplier due to inlet leak.

💨🔥Johnson & Starley Ducted Air System We Conversion

This customer came to us following an annual service from their insurer where their warm air system was deemed Dangerous and left turned off. ❌

We were recommended to them by a friend and were happy to help give a practical
Solution combining a BAXI combi and a Johnson and Starley aquair system. This system is very close to what you will see on your Villa holidays in Florida but not as common in the UK.

🏠 The property is very large 5 beds and the customer did not want the disturbance of new pipework and radiators and wanted to keep their ducted air heating system.

💷 Both units come with full 5 year manufacturer warranty so they have cancelled their £37 per month cover saving £2220 on insurance payments alone. Combine this with the energy efficiency rating now up at “A” from a “G”, there should be a £20 per £100 saving on energy bills. With a large home now using £2000 per year this is an additional £400 per year saving.

Basically this install will pay for itself accross its lifespan making it a very smart solution to the problem and another happy customer.
